User Enrollment and Identity Verification Policy

The platform allows beneficiaries to register for announced training courses by completing their personal information and submitting a registration request. This is followed by a two-factor verification process using the beneficiary’s email address and mobile number.

The user must also select an acknowledgment icon confirming that they are the actual person registering, and that they fully commit to complying with all training policies and regulations issued by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Evidence of Identity Verification System Availability

The center verifies beneficiary data through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties database to confirm trainee identity using the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties registration number. This process ensures accurate registration of Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours in the “Mumaris Plus” system for trainees who have successfully completed the full training program.
